At-Home Hygiene Kit Volunteer Event
WHAT:
We miss volunteering with you! Until we are able to volunteer together safely, we welcome anyone who is interested to please join us as we build hygiene kits at home that will be donated to PRISM — a Golden Valley-based non-profit that helps empower local hungry and homeless families in our community to build healthy, stable lives. See the list below for what exactly should go in each hygiene kit.
WHEN AND WHERE:
Build your hygiene kits at home and drop them off in the box outside Affiance’s office door between March 15 and April 15. While our team is still working remotely, our office building is open for you to drop off your kits.
HOW TO BUILD YOUR HYGIENE KITS:
Hygiene kits consist of basic items and can be gender-specific or gender neutral. All items should be full size, not travel size, including any items you choose to include from the optional list. Place items into a gallon Ziploc bag, or a two-gallon Ziploc bag if you are adding optional items.
SEND US PHOTOS:
We would love to see photos of you packing your hygiene kits! Send any photos to keely.matis@affiancefinancial.com and, with your permission, they may be featured on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
QUESTIONS?
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Keely Matis at keely.matis@affiancefinancial.com. If you would rather make a monetary donation, we encourage you to give directly to PRISM.
