“I believe that the four most important things in most people’s lives are family, health, career, and money, and as a financial planner I get to help with all four of those. I am able to help clients get the clarity they need so that all of these things can fall into place, helping to make their lives easier and simpler.”
Dan Lear is a Partner and Financial Planner at Affiance Financial, where he brings a fiduciary, client-first approach to every relationship. As a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Dan aims to help high-net-worth individuals and families navigate the unique challenges and opportunities of wealth.
Dan works closely with professionals, business owners, and affluent families to develop thoughtful strategies across the full wealth lifecycle — from executive compensation and concentrated stock planning, to business succession, estate design, and multi-generational legacy planning. Dan’s goal is to help simplify financial complexity, work to reduce taxes, and provide clarity during pivotal moments, so clients can focus on what matters most —– spending time with their families, excelling at their careers, or traveling and enjoying their hobbies.
